Curtis Young, a son of super producer Dr. Dre, is ready to continue his father’s legacy because it is not only a desire, it is his destiny.
Born in Paramount, California, Curtis Young and his mother moved to the city of Compton when he was an adolescent attending elementary school. He grew up in the streets of Compton with dreams of becoming a rap artist. Following on his father’s path, Young established his own independent label, So Hood Records, and immediately acquired several talented newcomers to its growing roster. Now under the title of his new venture, Young Entertainment Inc., Young has added engineering and production to a long list of skills.
